Madeline Dunn, Michigan made, made Alaska her home after spending 5 years in Aspen, Colorado. Madeline is both a professional skier and an events specialist. Madeline spent the last decade competing in free-ride backcountry skiing across North and South America. Throughout the years she raced in 3 RedBull events - one in Pucon, Chile - and set expectations high for solo female climbers in the Pacific Northwest. She has partnered with ski industry brands including Subaru, Freeskier Magazine, Climb for Conservation, ORTOVOX and many more to promote their products while free-solo ice climbing active volcanoes. Madeline has climbed nearly all Cascade Range volcanoes: some more than once. Her greatest accomplishment was climbing 18 volcanoes in 28 days. The total vertical gained was equivalent to climbing Everest 4.5 times in less than 1 month. After her incredibly quick 18-hour Rainier summit in Spring 2018, she changed her focus to guiding and avalanche education which she still actively pursues. During the summers in Aspen she began building her own art and events company, recently partnering with PRADA to organize an art party at their Aspen, CO storefront. Bringing people together to celebrate life in the mountains is her passion. Weddings, retreats, and backcountry adventures are where her skill sets shine.
